I’ve always had this fantasy that someone, or something, would keep tabs on the thoughts that run through my head because:
1) there are so many it’s hard to keep track and
2) it’s difficult to remember the context and content in which they occurred.
Strangely, I believe my fantasy is slowly coming true as my life gets more digital. Gmail saves my chats automatically. Every link that piques my interest gets saved onto Del.icio.us. Granted, I still have to be the active agent in putting these thoughts onto some platform, but its certainly a lot easier to document/organize my thoughts online than on pieces of paper.
House of Naked has an aggregator which pulls in all the twitters/links/posts from people in the office. Wouldn’t it be great to have a personal aggregator for your thoughts? Something that gathers all the gchats, in-person conversations, thoughts, etc? With that said, here’s an attempt at a personal mental aggregator (done manually by me, of course):
* If there’s highway hypnosis for driving, there needs to be a laptop hypnosis. I definitely get laptop hypnosis when searching for stats/specific info. Vision simply starts to blur with the repeated viewing of similar content on a little glowing screen. . . .
* Wouldn’t it be great to have a proper tea party (Alice in Wonderland-style)? When was the last time you heard of someone going to a tea party?! It’d be so ridiculous/funny to sit around with little cups and eat watercress sandwiches and crumpets.
* According to J, I smell like chocolate (?!). Wonder if that’s directly correlated to the amount of cocao products I consume. . . .K once calculated that I eat about 1.5 pounds of chocolate a month. Hmm. . . .
* Is complacency the enemy for people who live for excitement and stimulation?
* I want one of these. Imagine having one lying around the house. . . .making weird sounds all the time.
* RZA is Bobby Digital. I should be Fobby Digital ;)
* Do sheep shrink when it rains?
* I need to start doing more social experiments (whether they are of the serious nature, or more small-scale, comical ones, does not matter).
Well that’s about all for now. Gonna get thinking on communications stuff now.

Alice’s Tea Cup, we’ll make a date.
I’m gonna have to take a sniff next time…though I think I’ll just be able to identify the drawer it came from.
I believe the shrinkage only occurs with the intense heat blasted after being dampened. Perhaps you should try blowdrying a wet sheep and see what happens.
I try to keep track of my little snippets in my trusty little notebook…of course, sometimes, it makes little sense out of context.
dude i think if anyone coud aggregate your thoughts they’d run from the room screaming. oh no wait, that’s me. they’d look at yours with a tilted head tho.
